Why is my antivirus flagging the files?

PrePackaged VST files can contain unSigned files that antivirus software flags as unknown. Disable Windows Defender or add the folder as an exclusion before extracting. The files are safe — this is standard for any preactivated software.

On Mac I get "damaged" or "cannot be opened" — what do I do?

This is macOS Gatekeeper blocking unsigned apps. Use Sentinel CodeSigner (free) — drag and drop the plugin onto it to codesign and bypass Gatekeeper. Download it from the Useful Information section above.

What are download credits and how do they work?

Each VIP plan has a download quota (e.g. Day VIP = 5 downloads). Each Product you queue uses 1 credit. Credits are fixed for your membership period — Lifetime and Superuser plans reset monthly. Credits are deducted even if a download fails.

Can I get a refund for products and ViP Membership?

Yes of course we refund for failed installs after Admin has verified and attempted to manage the problem for you.. Admin will offer you Remote Install to fix the problem. As most problems are simply due to lack of experience with the install process, we will not refund just because you say you want refunding , We will offer you every oppertunity to have the problem fixed or replaced , refusing this offer is to refuse your own oppertunity to be refunded And No refunds are offered once ViP membership has been activated But we can refund Credits for you to use on either website. Please review the plans carefully before purchasing.
